Khaos Control: Overview

Khaos Control is a stock control and mail order system, which allows clients to mange their stock, enter orders, process and review customer requests and a range of CRM functions. The system has a SOAP-based API which enables orders to be placed directly into the system and to return CRM information about customers and other activities.

API Description

The API uses SOAP to interact with the system. Functions provided by the API include:

• Add orders into system
• Return product and sales codes
• Insert email and CRM marketing information
• Add requests for marketing brochures and catalogue requests
• Review status of orders
