Amble is a small town on the Northumberland Coast. It is approximately 25 miles north of Newcastle. The nearest large town to Amble is Morpeth, about 10 miles South West of Amble, and Alnwick 8 miles to the North. Amble is a popular tourist destination, known for it's beaches, port, fishing and hospitality. It also has the finest Fish and Chips in the country.

Amble is well served by local roads, with easy access from the A1, A1086 and via the A189 and the A19.
