Colin Harris was featured today in a radio documentary for BBC Newcastle speaking about the town of Amble, Northumberland in his role as chairman of Amble Business Club.

Amble Town Council, the council responsible for promoting Amble, supporting the community and maintaining public areas, has launched its new website - amble.gov.uk - this autumn.

Yes that's right! We will be offering children's face painting, together with a balloon and a gift, from our offices on Queen Street from 3-6pm on Sunday 20th November. This is our involvement in the annual turning-on of the Amble Christmas Lights, an event which attracts visitors from all over the area.

The face painting will be performed by a fully qualified and insured face painter, with any profits being donated back to next year's Lights fund.

So bring along your young ones and enjoy a great day out in Amble.
